My dad passed away on Thanksgiving. Thank you for all of your kind thoughts. The funeral is on Tuesday and I will be in class on Monday.

Supply List
We have been talking about the trip. We have also been talking about ways to raise money for the journey. Here are some of the things we will need to bring: Clothes, sun glasses, flash lights, lights, Advil, tools first aide kit, i pod, pillow, tent, sleeping bag, sunscreen, toothbrush, toothpaste, deck of cards, cell phone, camera, GPS, a lighter and a stove. What else should we bring!?

More Writing
Horses
Boy oh boy do I love horseback riding! If you love horses you better tune in partner because we are going for a ride. I went to my cousin’s house. We got the tack out. We got Dakota out of the pen and tied her up to the post. I got her tack and we put it on her. I helped put the tack on Dakota.
We went for a long ride. When we got back they said I could stay over night if it was Ok with my mom and dad.
“Hooray!”
Kelly said that mom and dad would think about it and call when they decided. A few minutes later the phone rang. It was mom and dad.
“Yippee.”
They said I could stay. I was so excited that night I slept on Kelly’s bed with Anna, me and Kelly. I slept in the middle.
The next morning, Auntie Karen made waffles for breakfast. After that I got dressed. Kelly took us home on the four wheeler. When I think of that day I can’t wait to do it again.

Sunday School
In Sunday School I made a quilt. We had to draw things that we were thankful for. I did birds, rainbows, sun, clouds, and flowers of course. My teachers really liked it. When I was working. I smelled popcorn. We got to have some because we were going to watch a movie. When I looked at it, it smelled so good and delicious. When I felt it, it was very buttery. When I think of that day of Sunday School it makes me wonder if there is popcorn in heaven.

Happy Halloween
When we went trick or treating, first we ate dinner, second we took pictures with our costumes on. One of the pictures my brother was pretending to eat my sisters head. I was a jaguar, my brother was a werewolf, my sister was a frog. We took a few pictures of just me.
Then when we went to go trick or treating first our whole neighborhood met at best friend Abby’s house. When we all got to Abby’s house we took some pictures of all of us. After we took the pictures Abby’s mom gave out cookies. After that we went to the first house with there outside lights on. After that we continued all around the block. It was exciting.

I went camping on summer vacation. I saw pretty flowers, it was excellent. I had lots of fun. I slept in a tent. We slept there the whole night. I slept in a tent. I had 90 days off of school.

We went around two times. We were done. We ate our picnic. We went home.

The Day I could not Think of Anything to Write
One day I was sitting in my chair. I could not think of anything to write. I felt my desk. I smelled the perfume of the classroom. I saw all the people. I heard Mr. E. yapping. I saw flickering things in my mind. I think it was weird. I thought it was comforting. That happens to me at night. I have those flickering things. I like doing that. Mr. E. kept talking. I think that is annoying, just joking around. That is why I wrote this book.

The Water Park
One day I went to Grand Rios. I had to wait for my friends. It felt like a long time. We played in the game room. I got a lot of tickets. Then we went up stairs to have pizza and cake. Then we had presents. I got a Barbie. After I finished opening my presents I went to the pool. Then Dylan’ dad asked me if I wanted to go down the tube slide. I wanted to go down but I said no thank you. We played there for three hours. Then my friends had to go home. I took Ella home. When we got to Ella’s house my mom talked to Ella’s mom. Ella and I played. Then my mom said time to go home. I said good bye Ella.

Mom said, Grandma had lots. When we got there we asked which room Leroy Hookinan and Brent Hookinan were in. They told us where to go. We ran down the hall to the room. We ran in the door. We saw Dad. We asked where Brent was, they said he was outside. Dad was very stupid.

More Writing
Kelley Farm
Going on the bus
When I got to school we talked a little bit. Then we went outside to the bus. I liked it very much. The went “beep beep!” It was very loud. THen we got on the bus. I sat with my friends.
Then Ella and Emma were listening to Mr. E’s stories. I listened too. Emma moved because she wanted to listen better. After that I told Ella a story. She liked it very much. Then we were at Kelley farm. I said, “We are at Kelley Farm.”
At Kelley Farm
I was very excited! First we plowed. That was fun. Then we went to a garden and doug for potatoes. Next we went to tat barn and saw some animals. Then we went in the house and made crackers and pickles and last we had lunch.

Barb is 7 years old. She is in second grade.

To Hutchinson We Go
One day me, my mom, Isaac, my grandma and my grandpa piled in the truck and hit the road for Hutchinson. It took 2 hours to get there but that did not bother me because I was talking to my grandpa although I was excited. Then we past the Hutchinson sign and I am like we’re there! So we drove for a little bit then we were at my great grandpa’s farm. Did I mention we were going to his farm? First we unlocked every door, then we opened one door and took out the simplicity machine and road it.
We drove it through the fields of flowers and prairie grass. Then we came back on got some wood for a bon fire. I was content whittling. My mom came over to film me. I love whittling. Then my grandma and mom said, do you want to see Lydia who is 100 and Alma who is 90? I said no I said no thanks, so me and grandpa and Isaac played cops and robbers in the calf pen.
Then my mom and grandma came driving up the dirt road. Then we went to the cabin. Then we went on the simplicity machine. My grandma and I were talking because we were the only ones on the simplicity machine. She showed me the grassy paths. There were waist seat belts but we did not wear them. They were not that important.
Then my grandma made a target for me so I could see how good I was with a BB gun. I GOT FIVE BULLS EYES!!! I needed adult super vision. My brother did it. He definitely needed super vision but grandpa had to help him.
Then we ate dinner. Then we all went to the washroom and piled up in the car but first Grandpa locked everything up. Then we hit the road.

Getting Ready for Horse Back Riding
June 6, 2008 In Colorado: Chapter One
Once in Colorado in a small little cabin there was me, my mom, my dad, and my sister Barb. Barb is in seventh grade. My mom is 41 and my dad is 46. My family was getting ready for horseback riding. My mom said to me and my sister, “Please put sun screen on.”
“Why?”
“Because you do not want your hands to be sunburned.”
“Yea, I suppose.”
“Me too,” said Barb.
“I want to go now,” I whined.
“Only at 1:00.”
“OK, fine.”
“OK guys, time to go.”
“Where?”
“Horse back riding.”
“Yippie Skippy!”
Chapter 2: HIt the Road
Then we got to the car. My dad put the car in reverse. (That means backing up the car.) Then we hit the road.
“Weeeeee!!!!” I whispered.
“We are there,” said Mom.
We got on the horses. I was very scared. Then my dad got the biggest horse there. Then the lady that works there told up the rules. “OK, let’s go.”
I thought it was fun until we first got on. It was one hour. I felt tired. Then we finally turned back around. We got back to the farm. It was time to go. “OK, let’s go,” said Mom.

I walked to my bedroom to get my aviator jacket on. Then I walked out to the garage to get my pumpkin. My pumpkin is my candy bag.
Chapter Two: “Trick or Treat”
First I went to my neighbors house. It is his birthday. Then we went to the other people on our block. When we were done we went to a few other blocks. When we got back to our block my mom went home and me and my dad went to a few more houses. Then we went home.

I went in to count my candy. I saw 2 one foot 3 Musketeer bars! Woo! Hoo!!

More Writing
Chapter One
I went to Ohio. My grandma live there. It is a farm and it has two animals. They are a donkey and a horse. The horse’s name is Thunder and the donkey’s name is Cricket. Cricket likes to follow me. It was so annoying. Cricket was attracted to me.
Chapter Two
Then I went to the gate to get out then I had lunch. I made a sandwich and spicy Goldfish. They were HOT! My brother tried them. He said it was hot.
Chapter 3
THen we went outside. We played baseball. My grandma was on a team with Sam, and I was on my grandpa’s. We won 6 to 11. I got a home run. My grandpa was happy.
Chapter 4
Then I went inside. I played air hockey. I was in first place. My grandpa was in second place and my brother was in third place and my grandma was in last place. It was fun. Then I got a snack. I got a pudding. It was good.
Chapter 5
Then I got a bucket of candy. I got a lolly pop and a candy cane. I got 13 candy canes and 13 lolly pops. They were good. I said, Thank you Grandma and Grandpa, I will like these.
Chapter 6
After I ate 1 of each I was done. I was full too. Then I went outside. I played tag with my brother and Grandpa and Grandma too.

In September me and my friend Shelby were cheerleaders. On a Tuesday we cheered for Osseo Oriole's soccer and I had to go to an early religion class. I went to the wrong religion class and my stayed because I wanted her to. I started to cry.

Writing From Mexico
Today we started our vacation. We flew from home to Dallas and from Dallas to Cancun, Mexico. When we got there it was warm and sunny. It was great!
Last night there was a huge storm but this morning was warm and sunny again. We spent the whole day swimming in the pool. I swam with my friends Allie, Ben and Cole
Last night we ate at Wallens Boots. I sat on a mechanical bull. Today we spent most of the day swimming. Tonight we are going into town to shop and eat.
Today it was sunny and warm again. We spent the whole day in the pool and in the ocean. My dad would throw me and my friends into the water. It was fun. Tonight we are eating at Los Gallos.
Today we went to Xel-Ha to snorkel and cliff jump. We floated in tubes. We took a picture with two parrots and one toucan. When we were snorkeling we saw two giant stingrays! Tonight we’re going to a fiesta.
Last night it was raining when it was morning it was still raining. All day I played in the indoor pool. I had fun then I went to a slumber party. It was fun.
