What a beautiful place and so so so much to do! Beach one day skiing the next. It is know for being clean, having culture and a wonderful climate. We called it the three C's! What a great time!

San Francisco, CA- City of Icons!

The kids woke me up and got me out of the tent this morning and oh what a beautiful morning it was!! What a town!!! It is endless. There is no way that you can do this town in a day much less a week! We went to Chinatown, Lombard Street, The Golden Gate and Alcatraz. We had a beautiful day

and enjoyed learning about the gold rush and how some people survived by being entrepreneurs. One person took advantage of the Gold Rush by making their fortune in chocolate! Journal: Biking across the Golden Gate Bridge was amazing. When I looked down I get pretty scared. I thought I might fall off or something. When I got across I was so relieved.

We golfed at Pebble Beach!

Hollywood, CA

We met D. J. today in Hollywood! We saw where the stars hang out, celebrate and eat. We saw the big sign and learned that it used to be called Hollywoodland!

On to Los Angles!

I woke up in the tent today and the class had let me sleep in!!
